Slow downloads

Is anyone else having issues with slow downloads at certain times on this site? It doesn't happen every time, but sometimes it will take a good minute to download a 4 MB clip, when other times it takes about 10 seconds. Anyone know what the cause would be?
 
No issues here.

Might be a connection problem. Empty your cache.
