small translation of 2 animepics requested

I have found these old pics when I was tidying up my hard drive. They were probably postet before

but can somebody PLEASE help me with a translation or knows from which manga they are from? I'm dying to find out what happens there.

It's hard to read (the guy's handwriting isn't all that great) but a quick once-over of it shows that the situation is basically that she's being tickled as some kind of public humiliation on intergalactic television.

As for what it's from, no idea.

Its from hentai manga... she is defender of justice, they are evil organization and they defeated her. She is now publicly punished etc.

That is unless I am mistaken.

And I think I can make out that the crowd in the second pic in the left corner screams "Akari" I think that's her name then.

Incidentally, if anyone ever wants a full Japanese comic translated, I'd be willing to do about it for about .25 cents a page.

That would explain a lot. Porno zines are far less choosy about artists than professional studios or publications would be.
