2)I'm looking for two types of stories - the first is where the victim is forced (by magic/hypnosis/ghosts/whatever) to tickle herself. The second is where the clothes (esp. shoes) of the victim (by magic/ghosts/unexplained/whatever) tickle and control the victim.

Anything out there?

Actually, your second request is a big part of a story I just finished. It's slightly Science Fiction, but set in the very near future. It's M/F, F/M, */F, */M, emphasis on */F and to a lesser extent, F/M.
