it never seems to be working these days if there are serious issues I can offer the chat room on my site as a safe haven if needed let me know
 
What she said. 😛 The version of Java used by the chatroom is not compatible with certain browsers (i.e. Chrome). Some people (myself included) got around this issue by installing the Internet Explorer Emulator on Google Chrome, which allows the chatroom to run inside a Chrome window as though on IE (but without the malware).
 
Why do I get the sneaky suspicion that the more this internet evolves the more this forum is gonna be having issues. 🙁
