How about this.
She's driving a convertable, when her hat blows off and lands in the woods next to the road. Annoyed, she stops the car to find her hat. She's walking through the woods, when she steps on one of the vines. The vines wrap around her boots, and she can't move. The vines start ripping there way into her boots, and tickling her stocking feet from inside her boots, another set of vines starts tickling her armpits. A third set of vines rips off her skirt, and starts to tickle her naughty bits through her pantyhose. Then, the vines under her arms lift her up right out of her boots, and she winds up in the position she's in in the picture above. That's when the venus flytrap shows its head.

All sounds good but...........
The idea of ripping the soles from the boots wouldn't quite work cause i've drawn them on the pic, but the idea of lifting her right out of the boots sounds good, her feet popping out and then wrapped in vines,
Then!!!! Chewy! (the plant) has a good ol' tickle of Kylie's feet and upperbody.
MUHUHAHAHAHAHAA
