This may be difficult to find unless you have Netflix, and the scene is REALLY short, but it does somewhat mirror a scene from the Stanislaw Lem novel. For whatever reason, there was no such scene in the more recent Clooney version of "Solaris".
But in this version, the character of Kris Kelvin keeps a gun in his bed for protection against any "visitors". The physical apparition of his wife Hari (played by Natalya Bondarchuk) appears to him. As he reached down for his gun his hand brushes against her arch and there is a quick, violent ticklish reaction.
It is very, very short. And I have no idea how ticklish the actress really is. But she is cute, has darling feet, and it comes more or less from the novel.
The actress in character, then some screen caps.
