Sole Harness Prototype

Why the hell would you want something that covers a major portion of a ticklish foot? I want it totally uncovered and out in the wide open to allow complete access for tickling! Nothing in the way!

Interesting contraption.is there a potential for such a device to be used to position tickling devices and hold them in place? Electric toothbrushes, flossers, vibrating feathers between the toes and the like.
