Just use something that's impossible to regulate, like various peer-to-peer networks and FTP. Things that would require essentially shutting down the internet as a whole to actually enforce.
Not that I'm encouraging anything illegal, per se - I just feel that a person should have all the information about various options available to them in the event that they make a personal choice to engage in a particular activity. Withholding information - even if it's potentially damaging - is a form of fascism, be it restrictions created and enforced by the government, or withheld out of some sort of sense of "duty" to some illusory "public good" or whatever.
I guess it's all just another illustration of the fact that, at least in America, we're all only as free as they've got the noose around our necks.
