Sole/Toes/Foot Tickling Story Request (details inside)

Have you guys ever been watching a show on TV, and you randomly see a cute girl on there? And as a result of thinking she's cute, you tell yourself, "She looks like she would be fun to tickle"? Perhaps you have, perhaps you haven't. I was watching Pawn Stars last night, and saw this extremely cute brunette on there come in to sell an item, and thought that she looked like she would be fun to tickle. So, I thought, whatnot make a story of her being tickled? Unfortunately, I'm not very good at putting a mix of thoughts into words, but I know there are several good writers on here. I am, however, fairly good at coming up with plot ideas. Her name was Cecilia, and she seemed like a cheery, happy go lucky kind of gal. When asked why she wanted to sell her item, she mentioned she is a "poor (financially) college student". I'm thinking that with those two things combined, she might be more apt to possibly find herself in a nice predicament. Is there anyone who might be willing to write a story of her having her feet tickled? It would be greatly appreciated!
