Soles have become too erogenous to tickle?

So I have a problem. After a great many sessions of foot worship and tickle torture, something has shifted. My play partner's feet aren't really ticklish anymore - now tickling them just turns her on.

Let me be clear about what I'm dealing with here. Many women have beautiful feet. Some are long and slender, some are small and succulent. But these are the types of soles that dreams are made of. And so tickle them I did. At first she found it unbearable, but as time has passed, it has almost become like classical conditioning. The tickles are just pleasure now. Has anyone else had a situation like this before? Were you able to restore ticklishness? Or should I just acknowledge that in a way, this is a good problem to have?
