I know I dont post here much, but I was wandering the Net, and found a bit of trivia that is quite interesting...

Is this movie from the 1890's. I think I remember reading something about this.

All I know is the title, and that it was made in...1899 I want to say. Anyone can go check IMDB.com if they so choose. It doesnt mention tickling specifically in the little writeup someone did, but that doesnt mean it wasnt there...
