Sound but no video and of 47 seconds, only 14 played out.

Bad news
All I could play was the first nine seconds.
Judging by the size of the file, my guess would be that the clip hasn't fully uploaded properly. As I find it highly unlikely that a clip lasting 47 seconds at such high quality has a size of 354KB.
My advice would be to try re-uploading the clip. Failing that; try hosting it on a 'Yahoo Group'.
Hopefully you can get it working as that clip looked fantastic.
