Sound out of sync with clip

I wondering if someone can explain why the audio is out of sync with the video in some of the clips. It seems to be happening with RosandoTS's clips. Thanks.

Point us to a specific example clip this is happening in. It may be the clip itself. It may also be that your computer is having a tough time keeping up with the clip and video is playing slower or faster than audio, but that is not typical with most modern personal computers.
