South Fla. tickling?

I've noticed at least a couple ticklefiles located in the great state of Florida. It must be because the women in FLA can pretty much wear sandals, or even go barefoot year round (that would drive me crazy - in a good way, of course). The reason I bring this up, is that I'm taking my first vacation in about 5 years in October, and I'm going to South Beach. Now, I've never been to SoBe, but from what I understand, the area's known for four things - beautiful women, money, attitude, and bizarre people (I mean that last part as a compliment.) My question is; Are there any clubs down there, that cater to a kinky, foot-fetish, ticklefile like myself. It's a lot easier "outing yourself" around a group of people, you're never going to see again, than in your hometown. It seems like a lot of the "fetish" clubs in NY & LA are more into the S&M/leather/pain scene, which I don't get at all. And I don't know if I'll be able to afford a private session at a "Passive Arts" type of place. I realize this is a long-shot, but if there's anyplace that's liberal enough to accept, and promote tickling(particularly foot tickling) that place would probably be in South Beach. I just don't expect to find that type of info, in a standard travel brochure.
