Speaking of Stern and his Tickle Chair

A guy called in this morning telling Howard how good last night's E! show with Shaune Bagwell was.Howard replied "Yeah, it was pretty hot and speaking of which were trying to add more tickling and spanking to the show soon and were working on two new bits". He then briefly began to describe his new tickling device. It hangs from the ceiling and spreads the victims legs open. He then got cut off by other people talking and then began talking about the "Robo Spanker" he bought and thatit would be in later that day.
What I want to know is if this is the device that Yaqi said he was working on for the Howard Stern show or somebody else on the board.

Speaking of that tickle chair.......people are getting out of that WAY too easily. Something has to be done or just scrap the chair and get a bed and better cuffs.
