Spielberg's "Taken"

In the very first episode of this 20-hour long Sci-Fi Channel mini-series, a character named Russell is hosting a backyard barbecue. He's talking to a buddy and behind them you see four boys (8-10 yrs old?) engaging in typical male horseplay. Eventually one boy is pinned on the ground and it soon becomes obvious the other three are tickling him. Seeing this triggers an unrelated nightmare flashback for Russell who runs over and yells, "Get off of him! Let him go!" The boys quickly scatter.

Tobe Hooper directed this episode but I'm not certain who wrote the script. The scene occurs 35 minutes into the show.
