What happens: SpongeBob and his friend Patrick "stumble" onto a frozen supervillain and free him. Unfortunately for the villain, his arch-enemy had locked a tickling belt on him that is controlled by remote. SpongeBob and Patrick spend the episode "training" him to be good, using the belt when he misbehaves. At one point Patrick gets angry at him and uses the belt for unfair reasons, then the remote breaks while the belt is still activated, to the great misfortune of the poor villain.
A very fun episode with lots of tickle torture! It's my definite favorite SpongeBob episode.
