St Elmo's Fire-Ally Sheedy/Judd Nelson M/F

On Wednesday night, I watched the 1985 movie "St Elmo's Fire", which I hadn't seen in a long time. The movie is about seven college friends, all played by actors known in the 1980s as the "Brat Pack", and their lives after graduating from Georgetown University.

In the movie, Ally Sheedy and Judd Nelson play boyfriend and girlfriend who are living together. There is a scene in the film where Nelson comes home with a sexy short nightie for Sheedy. Sheedy teases Nelson with the nightgown, and then, although it's not clearly shown, Nelson jumps on Sheedy, and it looks like he is wrestling with her, and tickling her, and she's laughing hysterically, and screaming "Get off of me!".

Does anyone else remember this scene? As I said before, there isnt clearly shown tickling, but the implication of what Nelson was doing to her, combined with Sheedy's hysterical laughter, make for a great scene.

Mitchell, I actually don't remember that scene, and I remember being a kid watching the movie HOPING for a tickling scene, but maybe I should check it out again.

Now, whenever I see a movie, and you hear a girl laughing hysterically off camera (this happens alot in old black and white movies to indicate hanky panky going on in the next room and such) I think that it implies tickling. Or else some dude with a hilarious sense of a humor!

non, I don't recall how far into St Elmo's Fire the Ally Sheedy scene is, so you may have to watch the whole thing again.

I understand what you said about old black and white movies, and girls laughing hysterically off camera, and thinking it implies tickling. I'm guilty of watching very few black and white movies, and the ones I have seen, except for Some Like It Hot, all had many males as the main characters, and no tickling, so I havent yet experienced any black and white movies, with girls laughing hysterically off camera.
