The big fight is Saturday night and I just finished watching the countdown show. GSP and Koscheck have fought once before, about 4 years ago, to a GSP decision, and rightfully so. With how both fighters fight and have evolved, it's hard to say anything other than a repeat performance, right?
That's not was the fight analyst at UFC.com says. Their pre-fight analyst has indicated a strong favour for Koscheck to win this fight, despite having huge handicaps against him. GSP is a specialist at fighting in rematches, against wrestlers and against trash talkers. Koscheck is all three. In spite of this, UFC.com celebrates Koscheck as a better striker and wrestler than GSP and states that if GSP can't score one of his unbelievable takedowns, the fight will end quickly and in Koscheck's favour.

Does anyone else feel this way? The article goes on about GSP's chin and the loss to Matt Serra, but it makes no mention of Koscheck getting KO'd when facing Paulo Thiago. Maybe the article is biased, or maybe I'm biased for being a GSP fan, though I try not to be. It may also be that the UFC posted this to add hype and hope for Koscheck fans in a fight they think GSP is destined to win.
What are your thoughts on the article? And on the fight? I think it's going to be GSP by another decision (maybe a submission), but as always, I could be wrong.
