I can only get sound on either of the damn things. The screen remains stubbornly white. What the smeg am I doing wrong? I'm trying to view them at www.starwars.com

I let it load in full before playing it and I listened to the audio track right the way through to the end of the trailers. Sounded bloody good, but I'd have killed to see the piccies and film with it.
 
Worked for me. Must be a video transfer problem over on your side of the pond, BigJism. :blaugh:
