Hey, has anyone played Star Wars Battlefront 1? If you did, and you liked it, a second one is coming out this November. Here is a site with a good trailer.

I'm just interested in your opinions about the first and upcoming second game.

Oh, god, I LOVE Battlefront.

I've owned this game since february, and I STILL play it every day. I really hope to god that the second is as good.

That's the thing, though. It seems every time you get a spectacular first game, the second seems to blow big time.

Nonetheless, I can't wait to try the sequel.

Lol, no, a game this popular is still 50 bucks. However, you could do what I did. I bought the PC version, (I didn't have a PS2 yet), for 15 bucks on E-bay, and it works perfect. Also, I played the PS2 version, and therefore I know that the PC version is the exact same, there are no differences.

As for the sequel, if you watch the trailer, you will see that its more like a version 1.5 of the first game, for it has the same units and armies as the first one, except that now you can play as Jedi's. However, the Jedi's will have their weaknesses as well, so being a Jedi wont make you invincible. (I read this on the site I gave you). Also, there will be lots of new missions, including space battles from all the movies, including Episode 3, new spaceships, but, you will still have the old missions from the first one.

So, Ness, if you didn't buy the first one, then just wait until the sequal. It will have everything the #1 did.

Unfortunately my PC won't run any newer games. It's just mot beefy enough. I may be able to find a used copy or just wait for the sequel and pony up the $50. 😛 Thanks 🙂

oh man I got this game for the xbox and let me tell you people. If they only would have fixed the lag problems, it would have been a great game. Imagine trying to snipe someone who can move like neo. Its a great game anyway. I hope they fix the network problems for the consoles for the second one.

nessonite, wait until they have some trade in deal when they give you like an extra ten bucks if you trade in three games. That's how I buy most of my games.

I would but I only own about 8 games, no three of which I would part with. And anyway $10 bucks off for 3 games comes to just $3.33 per game and I wouldnt sell and of them for so little. 😛 I dont mind waiting to play games until after they've been around for a while. Gives people plenty of time to post cheats online. 😀 😀 😀 😀
