Congress, in order to get face time, will busy themselves only with hot button issues. Issues that have sex appeal. In this case, they're doing this to protect children, which is one of the great canards of our time. They're NOT going to busy themselves with anything that really would have any positive effect on our lives, because the truth is, they haven't a clue. They can't solve ANY problems whatsoever. However, they're good at drawing attention to themselves, to look at themselves on a TV set, shouting sanctimonious indignations.

Congress is really as worthless as tits on a bull.
