I hope the title isn't too misleading. I just didn't know what else to call the damned thing. Anyway, I ran across these vintage photos, and personally, I think this device would make a fantastic tickle torture contraption for holding your ticklee in. Granted, you couldn't tickle their feet, but you could sure give them the giggles on every square inch of the REST of their body!
