I like your idea. Although I'm not much of a writer I can tell you that the Laughing Gas Zone has a tickle clip available in which a woman donning a batgirl-esque mask and inhaling laughing gas has her stocking feet tickled. It's a really awesome clip. Something that should have been shown on the old Batman series.
