Story request: Highway to tickle hell

there was a story featured in an online issue of tickler's digest called Highway to tickle hell. It had the first part in it, but cut off and went to another article just as it was getting good. Does anyone have the full version? it s and m/fff sory from what i can tell, about 3 highschool graduates that take a cross country road trip and get arrested by a tickle-crazed police officer.
