Goddess Visits Earth
Being a Goddess is not all it is cracked up to be. You become weary of all the grapes, palm fronds, and foot kissing. I was bored with all the groveling sycophants here in my personal corner of heaven, and decided it was time to celebrate a bit. Change my paradigm and wreck some havoc among the mortals of earth.
I let that hag Hera and her philandering husband Zeus know I was leaving for awhile, gave Aphrodite a long kiss goodbye, and told Apollo he better not burn my plants while I was gone. My slaves readied my chariot and I stroked their hard muscled arms lightly with my nails as a reward.
“You are such naughty slaves.” I whispered watching the goose bumps rise in the trail of my fingers, “I will have to punish you when I return.” I held their adoring eyes while they lifted me into my chariot, folding my long tanned legs in beside me, their fingers lingering overlong on my feet. I captured a finger between my big toe and middle toe, holding it tightly until the slave raised his face to look at me. “Another time Eros, I am otherwise engaged.” He pouted, his desire to be at my mercy made plain in the elevation of his white loincloth “Go target practice for a bit” I told him, “You spend far too much time at the feet of your Goddess.” Not that I didn’t love it, I do, but that witch Hera incessantly complained - Thor no longer made thunderbolts, Athena could care less about battle, Hermes was leaving messages at the wrong addresses…on and on. Her real problem was with Zeus, but that is another story.
I blew them a kiss as Pegasus rose bearing my chariot across the sunlit sky. I basked in the rays of the sun as it kissed my hip length reddish brown hair, arching my back to allow Apollo’s fingertips greater access. He threw rays of sunshine over my breasts cupped in gold leaf, across my flat muscled abdomen and slender hips, down my long thin legs and sensitive feet. Wow, what a goodbye- I was secretly thrilled to know how badly he would miss me.
