This is Tickletrouble formally known as "grolim" - I've lost access to my email account and have to start fresh.
Laura's feet are VERY sensitive, in this clip she has her ankles tied and is being tickled by her boyfriend, she is tickled using a couple of paint brushes and fingers. Lotion only serves to heighten the ticklishness of her feet. Her face goes BEET RED from laughing so much!
