What movies that you might consider stupid do you find yourself watching anyway?

For me it's Titanic...stupid stupid movie...not based hardly at all on historical facts...but something about it draws me back again and again...and it's not the damn music.

You?

I love watching Jimmy Stewart movies. I remember sitting through "The Rare Breed" twice because I didn't remember the storyline.

By golly you are asking for a large list of movies. Those are practically the only type of movies I watch.

I'll just list a few to give you an idea for my peculiar and strange tastes in movies:

Spaced Invaders

Surf Ninjas

Godzilla vs The Sea Monster

Plan Nine From Outer Space

Meet the Feebles

Johnny Dangerously

Mars Attacks

I'd probably list more later and possibly go into depth as to why I love these movies, but for now I think this list will suffice.

There are these old 70s grindhouse movies I found called "Flesh for Frankenstein" and "Blood for Dracula".
They're essentially these poorly written, borderline pornographic murder-blood-gore-fest films featuring subtle nuances of filmography and interesting spins on classic horror stories.

But yeah. They're interesting but so tacky with such shitty acting that one is almost embarassed to tell anyone they've seen them. Not that anyone's ever heard of them anyway.

Flash Gordon... cheesy as all hell but worth it.

Hawk The Slayer

Yor: Hunter From the Future

Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire

All are true classics!

My guess is most of the movies I watch would be considered stupid...lol...but one I watched the other night on cable which even I consider to be stupid, though I watched it from start to finish.....The Bruce Lee Story

Wow, I can't believe no one has said Hobo With a Shotgun yet XD That movie is so retarded, but yet i catch myself watching it from time to time.

Izzy, you probably go back to Titanic because James Cameron has a wonderful eye for directing. Most of his shots are interesting in some way. Color, angle, whatever.

My contributions to the list:

Demolition Man and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the live action one circa 1990)

Ironically the old black and white titanic movie puts Cameron's movie to shame. Of course, MOST black and white movies can still do that. Reeve's "the Day the Earth Stood Still" DOES NOT COMPARE to the old black and white version and that's saying ALOT. I guess it's what happens when you trade plot for special effects.

I watched all the original Friday the 13th movies...laughably predictable but for some reason, entertaining...

Clue... my gf thinks Brain Donors is a stupid movie, but I disagree. I think it's a nice tribute to the Marx Brothers' "A Night At The Opera"

For me it's the SyFy Channel specials like Megashark Vs Giant Octopuss, Sharktopuss, Pirhanaconda, Octoshark and all the other horrible B movies that have washed up actors in them. I'm just addicted to the bloody things!
