I loved the inspector Gadget cartoon, and i "hated" penny... she was so...perfect!!! Please, make some other drawings of her being tickled as a little "punishment"...tickled by the uncle's gadgets, perhaps...you would make me crazy!!!😀 😀

Nice picture of Penny. I was so upset that she was always captured, but never tickled. Heck, even Santa was tickled in Inspector Gadget, but not Penny. That is why your picture truly rocks!

Penny deserves it. Heck, there was an episode of Inspector Gadget where he was put in a magic box and cut in half. They could have at least put her in to a box. Take it from there.
