Summer Solstice Parade

Out here in Seattle, we have a Summer Solstice Parade, which I like to celebrate with as this is about the most non mainstream parade I ever experienced. Floats are way more original than in traditional parades, and there are no strangers waving to you from cars with the company logo on the side. It's the one day out of the year where public nudity is acceptable, and the last handful of years, the nude cyclists have multiplied. Wanted to share some images.

After the parade, I was wandering around the ongoing party, when I spied this peace sign drawn on the sidewalk. As I was getting the camera ready to take the shot, a woman sitting on a bench next to me, said,
"Hey, did you use to have long hair years ago? Walking around the U-District, taking pictures of women's feet?"
My past caught up with me. Yes, back when I was first trying to deal with this fetish, that's what I was doing. Kind of immature, thinking back on it, and glad i don't do that anymore, but I fessed up.
"I thought you were a weirdo at the time, but when you consider the other fetishes going around, having a dog lick your balls, sex with children, feet is pretty tame and innocent."
Why thank you. Then, without asking, she took off her one boot and sock, and offered me to photograph her toes.
As I'm setting up the shot, she starts yelling to all the passer-bys, "FOOT FETISH! FOOT FETISH! THIS GUY HAS A FOOT FETISH!"
But then, a woman passing by said, "But you have nice feet!"
"See, I'm not alone," I told her.
So for that trick, I'm posting her foot here. Ha ha.

thanks for holding your ground, seemingly with confidence and integrity...you got blindsided and that wasn't cool....and it seems you got the lessons of your youth....cool day, huh?
