Super Smash Bros fans

Man, I just played the wii version of this game at this party the other night ... it brought me back to good times.

Anybody else a fan of this series? My characters were always Yoshi, Mr Game & Watch and Mewtwo (gamecube). What about you guys?

I LOVE this game. I've been to my sister's house for about 4 hours a day for a week straight playing this. My characters are Jigglypuff, Meta Knight, Zelda/ Sheik, and Peach! (Mainly Zelda.)

I say at some gathering, we need to have some sort of smash party. I would totally bring my wii for this.

... heck, this wouldn't be a bad idea as the basis of a party! Anyone else with ideas, feel free to vocalize 'em!

I Love Smash Bros! Awesome game. I usually play with Kirby, Link, Luigi or Peach. But I like the new characters Meta Knight and Pit. Plus, you got Sonic and Mario in a game together, how can you go wrong with that?

i prefer to play Star Fox.. he's in that game right? or is that another fighting game I'm thinking of lol..

I used to play as either Kirby, Link, or Mario on the ol' N64.

It's sad, I know, but I especially love the feature which allows you to move the camera angle while on pause, making for some kick-ass action shots. 😀

Edit: Anyone who uses Nes as a character on multiplayer battles is a "douchebag".

I haven't played any other than the N64 game, but i used to enjoy harassing people with Captain Falcon (in the black suit, for maximum badass).

I always liked the game but I suck hard core at it. Normally I like to play Young Link or some stupid character like Peach or Toad.

Oh and if we decide to have a tournament I can bring my Wii remotes.

Pfft, MetaKnight is easy mode. Real men use Kirby. But I also use Sheik/Zelda (most Zelda), Diddy, and most of all, SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!!!

Somehow I still haven't gotten all of the trophies in Brawl. I have a hammer but have to choose between the stickers trophy and the one you get by enduring the 15 minute brawl. I swear I CANNOT beat that because as soon as I get close I die, and the stickers...well yeah.

Anyone else missing any trophies?

Let's see...I've evolved in the characters I use since I started playing it back on the N64 and then through Melee and Brawl.

I was originally Kirby since I adored his special moves...nothing like crushing characters as Thromp. ^_^

In Melee I found myself being entranced by the martial arts speed of Sheik...just Sheik since I found Zelda to be too slow for my taste. This was also when I began to use Pikachu as a secondary character, perfecting the lighting bolt and the ever useful double save jump.

In Brawl I have played less as Sheik since they made her a little slower and less agile than in Melee and bounce around between Pikachu, Kirby (yay!), Pokemon (yes, I enjoy alternating between Squirtle and Bulbasaur...Charizard is useless for me), and Sonic, who I only use when I feel masochistic...he's fast but practically useless in his attacks due to the low damage he deals.
