Supergirl tracks Lex Luthor to the Gotham branch of Lexcorp and ends up captured after being exposed a little piece of home. Rendered powerless by the Kryptonite, Supergirl finds herself in the clutches of not only Lex, but also his latest cohort... the Joker. The Clown Prince of Crime is thrilled with the idea of the helpless Kryptonian at his mercy, and he and his sidekick Harley Quinn begin devising a slew of ticklish methods to turn the heroine's own body against her. Fortunately, Batgirl had been keeping tabs on Supergirl and followed her to the facility in case she needed backup. Will she arrive in time to prevent her friend from being tickled to death?
