Thirteen inches of snow fell in my area of NYC.
The only significant snowstorm of the year so far.
Tonight there is supposed to be a half inch of rain, with more heavy rain expected on Tuesday.
While we have had both very cold and very warm spells this winter.
This winter has largely been free of major snowstorms except for the one in late January.
The forecasters predicted the late January heavy snowstorm one week in advance, and were exactly right with their predictions.
We will see if this supposed snowstorm for next week pans out as they say it will.
