Suspension cuffs: Who makes the best?

I'm thinking about suspension bondage...something I can use to hold Irish's arms up comfortable while she's standing or maybe even hold her off the floor all together while I torment her. Where can I find the best weight-bearing cuffs for the lowest price?

Or hell, does anyone have some they can part with? :-D lol

These are the original and often imitated cuff which may well
suit your purpose - the cushioned grip helps keep hands from
getting numb, even when above the head for long peroids of
time, as they don't restrict in the same way rope does, for example.

I've got a set of those and I recommend them also. I wouldn't use them for full suspension - taking your partner off the ground - but they're good for all sorts of other play.

Bear in mind that full suspension is probably the most stressful, most risky, and most technically difficult form of bondage there is. I don't recommend that you try it at all without instruction from someone experienced in it. But for full suspension gear check out Mr. S Leathers here. They're expensive, but worth it.
