I was watching an episode of Three's Company called "The Crush" on Youtube tonight.
About seven minutes into the episode, John Ritter is fooling around with Suzanne Somers, and gives her a neck nuzzle, where he is putting his mouth on the side of her neck, and pursing his lips on her neck. .
Suzanne Somers seems to be genuinely giggling, and moving her neck around, as if what John Ritter was doing, was tickling her neck. .
It looks like the neck nuzzle may have been tickling her.
