Sylvanas Windrunner, also known as "the Dark Lady" and "the Banshee Queen", was an extremely valiant leader of her faction during her lifetime. But after death and reincarnation into the undead, she found refuge in the body of a banshee and became a cunning and conceited warrior going to her goal in all available ways. But even despite such a reincarnation, she has absolutely no defense mechanisms against ... tickling..
