I've been looking for this video for a while now, and i need help finding it.

I'm tempted to think it's not called Sympathy of Laughter because I can't find it at all!

I was called something like:
The....of Laughter/The Sound of Laughter (Not sure) or something with laughter in or Sympathy of Laughter.

The Tickler was this guy from French Tickling, I think he's called Yeba:

In the video I'm looking for, Yeba is basically blowing rasperries everywhere all over some girl.

Have you tried searching for "Symphony of Laughter?"
Makes a whole lot more sense than sympathy. Just sayin'.
