Well.. The biggest suggestion I have is to make sure the bondage is top-notch. Some squirming & wriggling around is good but there can't be too much 'play' in the ropes or whatever it is you guys will end up using. The word 'inescapable' comes to mind.
Also , I would suggest that ( if you're up for it ) the tickling go on for long , agonizing minutes at a time ..... without a break or breather or moving on to the next spot. If the tickler finds a spot that makes the LEE go absolutely nuts , stay on it & torture it for a while.
