After yet another run in with the police,(speeding and possible dui) Johnson has been released by the Chicago Bears.Will these idiots never learn?I for one am glad the NFL is taking a hard stand in cases like this.I hope the Titians will show Pacman Jones the door also.It's time these morons get a hard dose of realiaty,maybe it will help someone else down the line.Chiefs defensive end Jered Allan better clean up his act to if he wants to hang around.

I heard that today also,and he will not be charged.I would point out this is not his first brush with the law.I hope the guy can turn his life around.It just seems to me that with everything else going on for him to drink anything at all and then drive shows pretty poor judgement on his part.

Everyone kind of jumped the gun on this story, when this wasn't a DUI at all. Not saying he hasn't screwed up in the past, or that he deserved the benefit of the doubt...but here's hoping that he can get his shit together while he's out of the NFL.
Between Tank, PacMan, and Vick (just to name a few)...these guys have the cash to travel the world and do so much good. And yet they can't stay out of trouble. I hope they all get the serious help they need and move aside to let those who would actually appreciate the chance to play football do so.

Even though he was below the limit, he did put himself at unnecessary risk by driving 330AM with alcohol consumed. That would be the final straw for any team after all the stuff before.
