Tats: A Collage of Tickling

It was a pity to see Stipplewitz leave the tickling universe (she had become an icon in our artistic community), but it looks like Tats is worthy successor!

Also I can't help but wonder what colouring program you use... I'm guessing it's Painter, as the brush strokes look so natural. I'm just being curious, as I myself have made the transition to full digital art recently.

Thanks everyone. That picture, I used "Art Rage 2." A very cheap program, and just as powerful as Painter.
 
Art Rage? Really? I got Art Rage 2.0 with my Wacom tablet, but appearantly I underestimated it's use... Got to try using it in my own art sometime...
