Anyway, here's a video from making of music videos for songs "Still of the Night", "Is this Love" and "Here I Go Again" from Whitesnakes same titled album from 1987.
There is a very quick scene when she's in a car with David Coverdale (singer) that was filming for "Here I Go Again", where she energetically laughed and flinched falling lower in her seat and David could be seen leaning to her.
Though his hands can't be seen, left one would be near Tawny's side and it seems to me like he's tickling her sides.
It definitely looks like a ticklish reaction.
