not really a review. but why are you only able to download 4 clips a day? here i am trying to download all these nice clips and it says the bank declined my card.

hi.
CCBill does that. they won't allow you to have 2 accounts open for the same subaccount # (which in this case is #4000) .

you have to wait until it expires in two days to sign up again.

now... you can ALWAYS buy one clip at a time, as many times a day as you want. its just the 4 clip package that holds you off for 48 hours before doing it again.
