I was wondering if there were any tech-minded people here that could help me. Basically, I have a huge video collection. So much so that sometimes it gets hard to choose a video.

Is there a way to get Windows 10 to show a "gif" as the thumbnail of a video, showing random screenshots of the video as the thumbnail? (Like you see on some Clips4Sale stores)

How about Android TV?

I've looked online but haven't found anything, and I'm not sure where to ask.
