I'm sure you guys remember the Teen Titans show on Cartoon Network(the original NOT the crappy TTG show). One of the best episodes of the show was "X" the one where another person(possibly Jason Todd) took on the Red X identity. Anyways, there was another character in the episode called Professor Chang who kidnaps the other Teen Titans in order to bait Robin & Red X to save them.
There's an interesting scene between Professor Chang & Starfire that always stick with me. She and the gang are frozen in the glass pods and she uses her laser eyes to break up the ice around her face. She calls him a bad man, and he walks up to her and says that if you think I'm bad now, you're going to be really impressed once I finish with your city, and move on to you. (He strokes the glass; sight gag; her head grows.)
Maybe it's just me but I always thought that this was his attempt at flirting with Starfire. And the way he twirls his finger on the glass pod looks like he was aiming for her belly button. Kinda makes you wonder what his intentions were. Here is the clip:
