What was a moment, or even a season in your favorite team/athletes career that made you passionate about whatever sport(s) that you follow?
Was is a slump that they finally broke out of?
An unpredictable season that finally led to a championship?
A broken record?
Just a heartfelt interview after a game?
We probably have several, but which one comes directly to you that made you love this sport, or this team?

Back in 2011 the NFL season was pretty unpredictable and Aaron Rodgers who was just beginning his career in Green Bay led some of the best players from that time period from the low expectation wild card slot in the playoffs to defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 to capture the Lombardi trophy after an unlikely interception returned for a touchdown by Defensive End B.J. Raji. Huge moment for me

On a personal note I had gone to a nearby casino and bar to watch the game and was feeling pretty low after having to plan my dads funeral, and burial which was immensely difficult.

That years Superbowl was a classic matchup that stayed up in the air all the way to the final seconds of the fourth quarter. The satisfaction of watching Green Bay win the championship that year was was perfect timing considering that I was dealing with several personal issues at the time, but there was a real tangible energy that it gave me to keep moving forward, and never quit. Which is exactly what the the Packers, and every other NFL franchise does everytime they play another game.
(If they have the heart anyway)

Maybe it sounds corny, but stubborn tenacity really is one of the best emotional muscles that we can all exercise, and center our souls around.🍻

What about you?
Tell us about your favorite sports moment.😉

June 18, 2014.
I was in Dodger Stadium when Clayton Kershaw pitched a no-hitter with no walks. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect game was a batter who reached base due to a throwing error by the shortstop. It was the greatest in-person regular season game that I ever saw.
