... seems very complete save one important tidbit; the forum selection and choice of law clauses. Without those clauses, it is likely a foreign court (meaning out of state or country) could exercise personal jurisdiction over any staff or member of this board.

Just a thought.
 
Thank you for the heads-up! I'm not sure what the default law would be, but I'll bring this to the attention of the boss immediately.
