The scene is from a light B&D video made by Harmony...or London Enterprises...? ( not 100% on which Company) in the early to mid 90's.
Most of their themes centered around 'Dungeons and interrogations etc.
They were not deidcated to Tickling but more whipping and racking and Bastinado etc. But the 'every once in awhile' tickling scene would show up...Rare though they were.
The model on the torture table is British, I forget her name,but she made quite a few videos of this style. I have a few more videos that she appeared in after this particular video was made. In them she is bastinadoed...and the close-ups of her soles in those scenes show that the nasty callouses on the balls of her feet were all but gone. So I guess she got a hint. And she is really ticklish.Not howling hysterical ticklish,but you can see from her reactions to the tickling that they appeared genuine.I think,that at the time,she hadn't been subjected to much 'Tickle Torture' since it wasn't really the 'style' in this type of vids, and this was one of the first times she experienced it.That was my impression anyway.These vids weren't really 'hardcore 'B&D....there was a lot of 'acting' and some of it was pretty lame.It was light B&D and 'Fantasy Oriented. Like this Vid was called 'Tower of Terror' or some such name ,and the 'girl is being tortured to sign over her lands to the 'evil 'Princess'. After the feather dosen't bring about breaking her,the torturess uses a spiked wheel on hers soles.That breakes her.
The model... I've seen her in another video..and also a clip..I believe it is a Calstar Video,where she is bound on a couch and tickled by a male on feet and upper body. I think she had on white hose...not a bad clip either.
I wish I could remember her name.....There was a 'stable' of models who were pretty recognizable for these types of vids in those days.All three of the girls in this vid are regulars in many others.Anyway..hopes this helps a little. Riff

I have this old video on VHS. I too was disappointed by the imperfection of her soles; however, the tickling scene is quite stimulating. I have pictures of her in many old HOM magazines as well. She has some incredibly long toes, doesn't she?
