That sadistic smile & eye contact (rambling but interesting)

Is it even possible to tickle torture someone without smiling? This may sound like a weird question, but it's pretty rare to see a ler not smiling. I find this little detail rather hot, because it goes to the very core of what makes tickling different from other forms of physical sadism. Why do ticklers smile? Partly because when you make your victim laugh, your natural inclination is to smile with them. That cool, sly, sadistic smile nearly always looks good on the tickler models. But sometimes I suspect it's involuntary. This is what sets tickling apart, you can't really do it without a sadistic glee.

I also think that eye contact between the ler and the lee makes the tickling more effective. I love it when a tickler model (think Tasha and Brooke of TA, not to mention the vicious little Kelli Lynn Sage) stares into her restrained victim's eyes and gives her that evil smile. If the sensation itself doesn't put the lee through the roof, the gaze and the smile finish the job. The psychological interplay! The lee becomes the victim not when the fingertip touches the skin, but when that eye contact happens and the smile of sadistic joy kindles the laughter of submission. I know from personal experience as per, that this social interaction is what robs a ticklish victim of her defenses.

Know what you mean, I remember a clip titled something like tickle witch and the Ler is trying to stay in character with a sort of bored malevolent look, but you can see little smirks when the Lee is particularly responsive.

I suspect it has to do with our herd/pack mindset. We want to share positive experiences and it's why I love tickling so much, the Ler gets their own endorphin blast from the sympathetic smile and giggling as they set about playing their Lee like a piano lol

To me, a tickler who isn't smiling and/or laughing with the 'lee, has no interest in what they are doing and bores me to tears! Screams FAKE!!!
