I just saw this on t.v tonight. In the beginning of the show, Steve is upset that he and Jackie have broken up. Kelso and the other guys are trying to cheer him up. Even though Steve says he's okay, Kelso seems to think otherwise and says something like, "It looks like someone needs a tickle". He doesn't actually tickle him though. Oh well, just thought I'd mention it.
