A timeless classic! I remember watching that episode on TV when I was a kid and couldn't believe my eyes.

Steed goes undercover in a group of female assassins. To prove himself trustworthy, during a test he first subdues a woman by pinning her down; then Angela Browne’s character lunges at him and lands a few punches, but he throws her off balance and starts tickling her underarms, proving he can incapacitate those agents.
 
I'd like to see a clip leading up to the tickling then the ticking
